In section Build a Composite Model you created a composite model that can be reused in other models. For instance you can replace the sequence of two flash equipments in the Two-Stage Flash Case Model with the composite model created.

To run the compound block

• Open the compound model.
• Select the model. Press on Run.

To debug the composite model

• You can debug a Composite item in a Case model by selecting an item that references the model (e.g. a Pump item runs the Pump model).
• Right click on the item. The item pop-up menu is shown.
• Select View | Method to view the interior of the model. The Composite Model's method is shown.

• Run all or any runnable items in the Composite Model's method.
• Note that in this way you can run composite items and debug them. You cannot run a composite model from its Method view, but you can run it when you open it from a Case Compound model.
