The Standard toolbar contains tools for creating, opening and saving models; cutting, copying and pasting items to and from the clipboard; printing; and getting help.

  New Model

Click the New Model tool to create a new model. There are five types of models you can create: Case, Composite, Connector, Stream and Sequence models.

  Open Model

Click the Open Model tool to open a model.

  Save Model

Click the Save Model tool to save the current model.

  Cut

Click the Cut tool to delete and copy the selected items to the clipboard. Items are copied to the clipboard in an internal apiMAX format, as text, as a bitmap and as an enhanced metafile.

  Copy

Click the Copy tool to copy the selected items to the clipboard. Items are copied to the clipboard in an internal apiMAX format, as text, as a bitmap and as an enhanced metafile.

  Paste

Click the Paste tool to paste the contents of the clipboard into a model. apiMAX recognizes its own internal format and clipboard contents in a text format.

  Print

Click the Print tool to print the current model.

  About

Click the About tool to display apiMAX's About dialog.

  Help

Click the Help tool to display context sensitive help.
