The Run Toolbar contains tools pertaining to running a model. There are three groups of tools: The first five tools are for running, stepping, pausing and stopping the run. The next two tools are for setting and clearing breaks. Breaks are points in the model where the run will stop. You must click the Pause/Continue tool to continue the run. The last three tools are for displaying information about the run, displaying specific data in the model and showing the entire model.

  Run/Stop

Click the Run/Stop tool to run a model. The tool will stay depressed until the run is complete or click the tool again (while depressed) to stop the run.

  Pause/Continue

While the model is running click the Pause/Continue tool to pause the run. Click the tool to continue the run.

  Step Into

Click the Step Into tool to step into a model.

  Step Over

Click the Step Over tool to step over an item. Stepping over an item will run the item.

  Step Out

Click the Step Out tool to step out of a model. The step out will occur after the model has finished running.

  Set/Clear Break

Click the Set/Clear Break tool to set or clear breaks. Breaks will be set or cleared for the currently selected items.

  Clear All Breaks

Click the Clear All Breaks tool to clear all the breaks in the model.

  Toggle Run Output

Click the Toggle Run Output tool to show or hide the run output window. The run output window display status, warning and error information during a run.

  Data Watch

Click the Data Watch tool to add and show a new data watch window or to show an existing data watch window.

  Toggle Aerial View

Click the Toggle Aerial View tool to show or hide the Aerial View window. The Aerial View window shows the entire model.
