According to the species involved in simulation, one thermodynamic model may evaluate with higher accuracy than other the parameters describing the multiphase system, so a possibility to select the thermodynamic models that offer the best accuracy should be provided.

To set/change VLE Options

• Click the right mouse button in an empty area of the Model Window.
• Select Properties and select the VLE tab.

• Select the thermodynamic model to evaluate each parameter for an overall VLE evaluation
• Press OK button.

The settings are kept with the case model, and the same options will be used to estimate the phase equilibrium of all streams.

These settings can be changed any time repeating the procedure described above.
